Another simple and fast recipie

Nun’s Puffs
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
3/4 cup all purpose flour
4 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
Honey (optional)
1. Generously grease a tweleve 2 1/2 inch muffin cup sheet.  Edges included! In a med. saucepan melt butter; add milk.  Bring to a boil.  Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously.  Cook and stir until mixture forms a ball that does not seperate.  Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes
2. Add the eggs, 1 at a time. Beat after each addition for 1 minute with a wooden spoon.  Beat until smooth.  Divide dough evenly among the muffin cups, filling cups about 2/3 full; sprinkle sugar on top.
3. Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.  Remove from pan and serve immediately.
I made these on Sunday morning for a quick baked good… I highly recommend honey!  Without honey it was a little bland… The boys and I ate it up!
Thank you Better Homes cookbook!
